BOOKING AND ACCOMMODATION
Inquiries and reservations are accepted via our website, e-mail, fax or in person at the front desk of our hotel and via booking.com system for online booking.
When booking accommodation, the user is required to provide all required information. To make a valid reservation, the user must enter a valid credit card number as a guarantee. All reservations made via online booking system are considered valid only upon confirmation of reservation by the central sales office of Hotel Navis. Reservations can be confirmed via e-mail or fax. Notification / Confirmation of the reservation must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.
All prices are in convertible marks (BAM), the official currency of payment at the hotel.
The price per night includes breakfast. Parking is charged BAM 5 per car per day.
The prices per night for different categories, children are persons aged 3-12, and teenagers are persons aged 13-17. Bed for children aged up to 2 years is free of charge.
Tourist tax of BAM 1.60 per person will be charged extra per night.
In case of cancellation, the date of receipt of the written cancellation is used to calculate cancellation costs as follows:
- If canceled up to two days (48 hours) before arrival, the guest will not pay any compensation.
- If canceled less than two days (within 48 hours) before arrival, the guest will be charged the amount equivalent to 100% of the first night.
- In the event of a 'no show', the guest will be charged 100% of the entire reservation.
Guests can check in to the hotel from 15:00 and check out until 12:00. Extended stay at the hotel is a stay in a hotel room in the period from 12:00 to 18:00.
If a guest does not arrive at the hotel until midnight on the arrival date, without contacting MAXI d.o.o., Hotel Navis or the host, the reservation will be canceled and the cancellation costs will be charged as described above. Should the real costs exceed the above stated costs, MAXI d.o.o. reserves the right to charge the actual costs.
If the guest who cancels the trip finds a new guest for the same reservation, MAXI d.o.o. will charge only possibly incurred actual costs caused by change in reservation.
In case the guest wants to make changes to the reservation that they made, they must do so in writing via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. MAXI d.o.o. will, according to available resources, confirm the change in reservation and indicate the conditions of the new reservation. If it is not possible to make a change in reservation and if the guest cancels the reservation because of that or in the event that the guest requests a cancellation for any other reason, the terms of cancellation will be applied.
Service cost is the amount per person / day or per room / day, as indicated on the service price list. Additional services are not included in the price and are payable additionally. Hotel Navis in Orasje reserves the right to change prices at any time. Hotel Navis guarantees that they will not change the prices that are valid at the time the reservation is made to guests who have provided acceptable reservation guarantee.
Hotel Navis provides hotel and catering services in accordance with the General Terms, and according to the confirmation and specification of each reservation. Hotel Navis or Maxi d.o.o. is not liable for circumstances beyond their control, including wars, acts of terrorism, riots, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, restrictions by local authorities, etc.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER
- to have valid travel documents
- to respect the customs and currency regulations
- to obey house rules in accommodation units and to cooperate with service providers in good faith
- to present confirmation of the reservation to service provider upon arrival
- to check whether they need a visa to enter the destination country or neighboring countries
In cases of non-compliance with these obligations, the customer shall bear the costs and be liable for damages. Confirming the reservation, the customer agrees to, in case of causing damages, indemnify the service provider on the spot for all the damages caused.
COMPLAINTSIf the services provided are not satisfactory, the customer can request compensation by filing a complaint. Each customer has a right to complain if they did not receive the paid services. Every customer - reservation holder, files a separate complaint.
For a service that is deemed inadequate customer agrees to file a complaint at the front desk immediately or notify customer service of Hotel Navis via e-mail: email@example.com
The customer is obliged to cooperate with the staff at the front desk in good faith in order to rectify the problem. If the customer does not accept the solution or compensation for the subject of complaint offered by the staff at the front desk, Maxi d.o.o. is not required to accept any further complaints.
If, after the proposed solutions or compensation for the subject of complaint by the staff at the front desk, the customer still believes that they have the right to file a complaint, no later than 28 days after check-out from the hotel, the customer is obliged to send a written complaint with evidence, documents and photographs that support their reasons to file a complaint in one of the following ways: sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or sending a letter addressed to Maxi d.o.o., VIII ulica br. 44, 76270 Orasje, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Maxi d.o.o. will take into consideration only properly filed complaints received within 28 days.
Maxi d.o.o. obliges to make a written decision on the complaint within 14 days upon receipt of the complaint. Maxi d.o.o. reserves the right to extend the period of making a decision regarding the complaint to collect information and verify the complaint with the service provider to a maximum of 14 days. Maxi d.o.o. will take into consideration only those complaints that could not be solved on the spot. Until Maxi d.o.o. makes a decision, the customer agrees to refrain from mediation by any other party, arbitration or judicial institutions, as well as providing information to the media.
The maximum compensation per complaint may reach the amount of service, and cannot include services already provided or the total amount of service.
Maxi d.o.o. is not responsible for the damage, destruction, loss or theft of luggage, personal belongings or valuables if they are in publicly available or common areas. Damage, loss or theft should be reported to the staff at the front desk and the local police station without delay.
Any disagreements shall be settled in a manner satisfactory to both parties, and if the parties cannot reach an agreement, the competent court is the local court in Orasje.
